Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Jerseys
Because each custom jersey is made to order with your personal design, name, or number, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or design preferences. Please double‑check your artwork, size chart, and spelling before placing your order.

Non‑Custom Items
If you purchased a non‑personalized item (e.g., blank jersey, accessories), you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your jersey arrives with a printing defect, damage, or an error on our part (wrong name/number not matching your submitted design), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace it or issue a full refund.

Size Exchanges
We do not offer direct size exchanges for custom jerseys. If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering a sample.

How to Start a Return
Reach out via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive instructions for sending items back.
